We fabricate stainless steel work tables and preparation benches, single and double-bowl sink units with drainboards, baking and tray rack trolleys, round-top weighing and packing tables, process tanks, agitators, conveyor sections and machine frames. Welds on food-contact surfaces are TIG-run in argon, then ground and finished so nothing lodges in the joint.

About food processing equipment
SS 304 is our standard for food contact work. We fabricate in SS 316 where the process involves salt, acid or aggressive cleaning chemistry — tell us the product and we will advise which grade suits.
Food-contact seams are TIG welded under argon, then ground flush and finished to a matt or brushed surface. Pickling and passivation is done where specified so the passive layer is restored after welding.
Yes. Send the layout with your equipment positions and we will detail the tables, sinks and racks to fit the run, including corner and wall-side pieces.
Yes. Batch runs of 50 to 65 units are routine for us, which covers most single-plant fit-outs in one scheduled delivery.
