SS Fabrication in Nashik
Stainless steel fabrication in SS 304 and SS 316: sheet and plate work, TIG welded under argon, then pickled, passivated and finished matt, brushed or mirror. Food and process equipment welds are ground flush so nothing lodges in the joint. This is the work behind our food processing equipment, process tanks, agitators and machine frames.

Questions about this process
Yes, where the job specifies it. Welding destroys the passive layer locally, and pickling and passivation restores it — which matters for food and chemical service.
Matt, brushed and mirror. Tell us the service condition and we will recommend rather than guess.
SS 304 covers most food and general process work. SS 316 is for salt, acid and aggressive cleaning chemistry. Tell us the product and cleaning regime and we will advise.
