Tanks are visually inspected weld by weld and leak-checked before dispatch. The check is recorded against the job.
Yes. Jackets, nozzles, manways, agitator shafts and blades and the vessel support stand are all made in-house, so the vessel arrives as one assembly.
Recent work includes Ø1000 × 1000 mm high jacketed paint vessels in 4 mm MS and leak-proof oil containers. Larger diameters are quoted after reviewing your drawing.
