CO₂ / MIG Welding in Nashik
CO₂ welding — MIG/MAG with continuous shielded wire feed — is what we run on sheet metal and batch assembly work. It lays a clean, fast bead with low spatter, which is why trolleys, stillages, bins, enclosures and automotive ancillary assemblies are made this way rather than with a stick electrode.

Questions about this process
On thin sheet an arc electrode burns through and leaves heavy spatter to grind off. CO₂ welding runs cooler and faster with far less cleanup, so the finished part is better and cheaper.
