What the job involved
A complete equipment fit-out in SS 304: preparation tables along the production run, a double-bowl sink unit with drainboard, tray rack trolleys sized to the customer's oven trays, oven base trolleys, and a round-top table for weighing and packing. All food-contact seams were TIG welded under argon, ground flush and finished matt so there is no crevice for product to lodge in, then pickled and passivated to restore the passive layer that welding destroys.
